Re: Could you?...In real life?

What worries me is that I'm a nurturing person by nature, and I will go out of my way to do things for the people I care for. I'm always giving gifts because I'm insecure and feel I need to 'buy' people s affection. With someone like Hanako, I'd probably end up being clingy and drive her off, just b...

Re: KS Wallpaper

Hope its okay to revive this old thread. I didn't want to threadjack someone elses topic, or do a repeat, so... Haven't done any Photoshopping in awhile, but I felt inspired by the lovely Hanako. Both are 1920 x 1080. http://i677.photobucket.com/albums/vv134/pandaphil/hanakowall_zps27b28ad8.jpg http...

Re: Thoughts on a sequel

Best suggestion is in the future, with Hisao as a teacher. Would probably need to avoid mentioning which girl he ended up with so as not to upset anyone. I could go for that. Of course they'd have to torture us with a scene where you drop by his apartment and a mysterious female voice ("?????&...

Re: Thoughts on the H-scenes?

Okay so I just completed Lilly's two scenes, or first two if there happens to be more. Significant difference from Shizune's. I see where you guys are going now, and I actually enjoyed Lilly's a lot more. I actually read all of the lines instead of skipping through. Hisao did say "I love you&q...

Re: The Hypothetical Seuqel

That's a thought. It doesn't even have to be a romance game necessarily. A long time ago I played a game called "Graduation" where you played a teacher guiding his female students through the school year, helping them with their problems, making sure they kept their grades up, keeping them...

Re: The Hypothetical Seuqel

Love your idea of a comic Kenji arc Kitsune. It would make for such a nice break when the feels from the other stories got to be too much. Yeah, setting the game in the future with Hisao as a new teacher would be fun. Or, just have it feature a student who's storyline is going on at the same time as...

Oddball wrote:The sequel talk is interesting, but I think it derails the thread a bit.

Let's make a new topic on that one.
You're right of course.

Thoughts on a sequel

I know we're never going to see a KS2, but c'mon tell me just about everyone on this board wouldn't kill for another visit to Yamaku HS? No reason we can't dream, right? But really, if there were a sequel, they'd have to bring in a new lead player character and do a whole new storyline. At most, do ...

Re: Thoughts on the H-scenes?

See, this is why we need a sequel! :) We need a sequel that would have nowhere to go and nothing to do because you have some fanboyish desire to forcibly continue stories that have no room for continuation even at the expense of the original story's integrity and value? Hollywood would love you. :P...

Re: It makes me feel guilty (Some spoilers)

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had this problem. I guess Four Leaf forgot to take this into account when they made the game. but it would have been nice if the girls you don't choose were shown getting help, or forming relationships with others. Then we wouldn't feel so damn guilty when we did s...

Re: jesse does katawa shoujo!

Not a big LP watcher, but like I said, Jesse does a pretty entertaining show. He does a bit of silly stuff, but he seems like a good person, and freely admits hes not a very good player. Anyway, KS came up again while he was doing the TGS Podcast over the weekend, and he gave some more thoughts on i...

Re: The "thank you 4LS" thread.

Not much I can add apart from yet another "Thank you". I first heard about the game via JewWario's review, but it was watching Jesse Cox's LP that convinced me to find KS and try it out. I've always had a weakness for emotional stories. Mostly books, so it was inevitable that I'd fall hard...

KS in Second Life

I hope you guys won't laugh, since I doubt anyone here plays in Second Life, but I thought I'd share the Yamaku HS uniform I put together for my in-world character Tetrae. Been going on about KS so much to my friends that I'm hoping to pull a few in eventually. Maybe talk a few into getting their ow...

Re: Dissussion about the order in which you play the routes.

Shizune does have good intentions, but if you're preparing yourself for some grand revelation that causes you to see her in an entirely different light, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Of all the girls, Shizune is by far the most "what you see is what you get"-type of perso...
