Or was that the bad ending? Lilly was my first playthrough so I'm trying to remember here.

I achieved the happy ending first, then the one that ends kind of abruptly (neutral?) and I thought that was the bad ending.

Yeah I do. I only thought there were two Lilly endings, but I missed the bad one and had to replay (ouch).

I think so, I didn't even notice I was unlocking art until the start up menu became increasingly crowded by my third playthrough.

Over the course of two months I've gotten through each of the endings for the girls. I just got the Kenji ending (lol) last week.

I guess interchangeable is a poor word choice. I should say that they exist in a plateau somewhere below the first three I listed and I like them all without a clear favorite. Rest assured I do not think the characters themselves are interchangeable

My top three goes Lilly - Hanako - Emi and then the others are kind of interchangeable.
