v5.0 questions

As the subject areas name suggests I was wondering what all has changed in the new version and also what to do for the update. Just delete the current KS folder and re-download it or what?
To anyone who replies and helps me I appreciate everything

I think you've gotten mixed up with the old act 1 release as the latest release of the full game is version 1.1 which only adds an updated version of the game engine (which renders the save files from the 1.0 version completely useless), a new version of the red velvet track and the French localisation.
