Haha.. I agree with all the characters you related to. Perhaps we'll see someone making UI mods for tf2 with KS characters.

If anyone should be the spy, it should be Kenji. Anyone who can get away with not attending class so many days must be able to make himself invisible (or disguise himself well enough). Besides, he has curtains to thwart snipers. How can you be a TF2 sniper if you're invulnerable to headshots?
Hideaki's definitely the sniper, quiet as he is. And with those glasses he must have at least decent vision.

This makes far more sense than it has any right to.
Though, clearly Nurse should be the Medic, because...well, duh. Hisao can be The Announcer.

On a bit different note, I would love to see Hanako's cap in TF2. This game is all about hats, after all
