Yes and no. To be fair, Act 1 was just a preliminary taste of each of the characters. Basing off of what we know of the KS girls, there's not much else to do but flanderize. What we know of Shizune and Hanako's relationship can be found in a single scene that hardly lasts a dozen lines or two.
