Theoretically that's what "Public Discussion" ias all about.
I just figured with none of us bothereing to make a Dev Diaries-style thing, then this would liven up things.

There is a certain lack of motivation to post news, caused by 1) lack of interesting news (this is relative though) and 2) we have no idea if anyone cares about me posting random progress reports every now and then. Using the news as a progress logs for posterity would've given them some value even when detached from an audience, but for that I'd have to be quite a bit more diligent with archiving our hijinks.
