Re: Can we discuss the rape?

A well-placed headbutt would instantly turn the pseudo-rape sex scene into an episode of MacGyver.

Because I can't. Look at me. I have a fucking hole in my head.
I have a fucking eye patch. A white one. And everyone around me DIES
It could be worse... you could be an apple. Like me.

Re: So fellow KS-forums users, how does KS motivate you?

It really seems to be splitting hairs to say that KS isn't itself motivating, but is instead a catalyst for self-motivating. I'd have to disagree with you. I think that the amount of impact KS has had on many of the members of this forum (and many more still who do not frequent this place) has lead...

Re: So fellow KS-forums users, how does KS motivate you?

Long story short, KS doesn't motivate me. Playing it made me go into a self-critical introspective state that broke down enough of my mental barriers for me to decide to improve myself; all the motivation comes from within. Very well put. I'd have to agree with this. At the end of the day, KS is ju...

Weekly Update

Another 2.5 lbs. down. I finally got my work uniform size downgrade at work too - reduced the size by a category, feels a lot more comfortable now. I think after another 20 or 30 lbs. I'll downgrade again.

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Awesome Rin push-ups chart! I'm glad my idea got legs. ... Small update Good news. I've been sticking to my diet and light exercise pretty okay for the past few weeks, a few slips due to injury but nothing terrible. However, I tried jogging on the way to work today and did amazing! I still can't get...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Weekly Update I've hit another milestone. After losing 4 more pounds this last week, I've now lost a total of 50 lbs. since the beginning of the year. I feel great. My week was a little sordid to say the least. I worked a 14-hour shift on Saturday, most of that on my feet, so on Sunday and Monday I...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

Weight loss stuff Thank you both very much. I'm tracking my activity and methods in the Emi Inspired Running / Workout Thread (the link is actually to my first post there outlining my beginnings and what steps I was taking). If either of you, or anyone else, wants to join in getting in shape, runni...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

Weekly Update No change in weight this week. Between the 4th of July, the unbearably bad heat and an extremely busy schedule I've slacked off this week. Rather than get upset about it, I've just got to use it as motivation to try harder over this next week and the coming weeks. And on the bright si...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club

I'm gonna copy pasta a post I made on another forum. I feel it's pertinent to this thread, and hopefully it'll help push a little hope towards some of you. - - - To be terribly nerdy, I'm going to quote Samwise Gamgee's quote from the end of The Two Towers (the film, not sure how close it is to the ...

Re: Best/worst places to take the girls out on a date

Or you could just read the book. In the case of Lilly, perhaps give her the book, wait until she reads it, then take her to the musical. The problems that would normally arise from not being able to "see" the characters, story, etc. would be diminished greatly as she's read the story and ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout

I decided that I should do the 100 pushup challenge as well. However, while the stuff at 100 pushups is nice it is not Emi themed so it is less motivating. Anyone want to try and make an infograph similar to the one we have for running? I would but I wouldn't know how to go about doing it. I vote f...

Re: If you want to learn sign language:

Speaking of which, my ASL college course starts in September. :D Ooh, me too! Though I have to register for it yet, since my web registration was finnicky with that class. I'm going for a completely unrelated degree, but they have an ASL intro class at my college and it's only like $80 for the seme...
