IIRC, she's already been changed once, but before act 1 came out. Definitely for the better.

Every time I get the motivation to do a blooper reel pic, I find that the screenshots I plan to use end up having the cursor in an inconvenient place. Easy to work around, sure, but still annoying.

She might be a little bit too detailed now, she sticks out a little next to Rin's sprite...

I just noticed that the lines are more pronounced, particularly in the creases and wrinkles of her clothing, but especially her knuckles. Will this spread across to the sprites for other characters?

The hair is definitely an improvement. The height increase, not so much, but I doubt I would've noticed it in gameplay without being told ahead of time. Overall, I like it.

Mabye it's got printed word in addition to braille? Well, I've never seen such books but I'm sure they exist.

"She was cute" definitely has no change on the outcome. What do you mean? Saying "She was cute" gives you an extra Hanako/Lilly point. Not doing so is neutral. What I meant is that you can still get Lilly/Hanako even if you say "She wasn't cute." On my first playthroug...
