Great chapter, well worth the wait. I don't usually like it when characters have such a negative mindset, but in this case it makes perfect sense, so it doesn't bother me. Hopefully she's able to get her more positive mindset back somewhat soon.

Oh, and: Personally I liked the good ending more, but that's just my personal taste. Sad endings just aren't my style. It was a good ending, wasn't it? For everyone but Hisao that is... Not to me. Ending on character death pretty much kills any chance of it being a good ending for me, let alone me ...

Good to see this is getting an update. I loved the first chapter, and Natsume and Naomi don't appear in enough stories.

Personally I liked the good ending more, but that's just my personal taste. Sad endings just aren't my style. I can only really enjoy a story if I feel good after finishing it, so I'm just gonna pretend chapter 5 was the end.

I'm fully behind any story involving Shizune, and I like the idea of it starting just as the story ends.

While Yuuto was difficult to get used too for me since he is an ass, he did soften up enough to be likable. Plus, I also have epilepsy, though not nearly as severe(it's completely controlled by medicine). And as you can see by my profile, I really like Shizune, so thats a plus too.

That was difficult to read, I can only imagine how hard it was to write. At least that's over with now.

I actually have read a story where Shizune was an only child, though I don't remember which one it was.

Except maybe Cleveland.

But I live near Cleveland...

Anyways, Interesting start. I like the Kenji perspective. I actually like it whenever the perspective isn't Hisao's, it makes it more interesting to me.

Interesting beginning, mainly because it's post-outbreak and doesn't start at Yamaku like a lot of them do.

When I read this the only thing I could think of was an Andalite from Animorphs. Keep in mind I never played Persona and it may be something from there, but I imagined an Andilite.

For not having played their routes, I think you did a pretty good job keeping them in character. Interesting start, I'll be following this.

I personally don't think a story being high alphabetically gives it much of an advantage. At least it doesn't for me. While I did start from the top and go down from there, I ended up at least looking at all the stories anyways. Being at the top gave them no advantage.

Seriously though, that probably is my favorite proposal in KS fanfiction. Oddly enough, the only other unusual proposal that I can remember also involved Hanako. Hisao proposed to her wearing nothing but a towel.
